Residential Real Estate Closing Firm in Alpharetta, GA is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their Pre-Closer Department They Will Train !!! .

Job Details:

Primary responsibility is administrative tasks prior to a real estate closing - taxes, payoffs, data entry, sending/requesting/uploading documents.
1-2 years of office experience
Basic computer and phone skills
Ability to use basic Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word
Must have a professional demeanor, be friendly, good customer service skills
Fast learner, trainable
Experience as a pre-closer is a PLUS, experience with SoftPro Real Estate Closing & Title Software, or other related software is a PLUS - will train..
